TERMS AND CONDITIONS POLICY

NO orders will be taken without a deposit first being paid.

Deposit paid is NON REFUNDABLE and covers our own costs in the event of cancellation without valid reason after your items have been brought into stock. There will also be an Admin charge applied.

All goods remain the property of ABC BED AND FURNITURE WAREHOUSE LTD until paid in full and we reserve the right to remove such goods if payment is not made as agreed.

In the event of a fault, we will exchange like for like within 30 days of delivery, costs of delivery and collection of the item will be covered by us.

Customers have a 14 day period to change their mind after delivery. If you decide you don't want the item ordered, it must be repackaged in the original package and be free from damage, we will arrange collection. There will be a £50 charge for this.

You will then be given credit to use in our online store, NO CASH REFUNDS will be given

If you decide when we deliver that you don't want your bed assembled, or opened and checked for damage on site, you will be asked to sign for it as such and all liability for damage passes to you.

Once signed to say you’re happy, we will not accept responsibility for any damage found after we leave.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that there is a clear pathway to the desired location at the time of delivery. If this is not possible, we will deliver to the front door/hall only.

If you decide in this event you no longer want the item you ordered, it will be removed and you will lose the deposit paid.

Rips, tears, scuffs or damaged stitching which is not present at time of delivery is not covered by us. All goods must be checked on delivery and signed for as satisfactory.

There is a 6 month manufacturing guarantee on all products, if there is a fault deemed to be caused during the manufacturing process, we will exchange like for like if still possible within 30 days, if not a refund will be issued. If outside the 6 month period we will treat each issue on an individual basis and come to as fair a conclusion as possible.

By ordering from us you are agreeing to everything stated above.

This information will be pinned to the top of our social media profiles from now on and is on display in ALL of our outlets. 


CHANGE OF MIND


1. COLLECTED GOODS 

Customers have a 14 day period to change your mind after purchase. Goods must be returned unused, in their original condition and all packaging intact. All change of mind returns must be accompanied with a valid proof of purchase. 

2. DELIVERED GOODS 

If you decide within 14 days of delivery that you no longer want the goods, they must be repackaged in the original packaging and free from damage upon inspection at time of collection. 

If these conditions are met, we will remove the goods. There is a £50 fee for this. You will then be given credit to use in-store or online, NO CASH Refunds will be given.

 If these conditions are not met then we reserve the right to refuse the return in accordance with these policies. There is a £25 admin fee also added for an on the day cancellation of delivery / return collection after you have already been booked onto our system.

 These conditions DO NOT APPLY to bespoke / made to order furniture orders which are non returnable other than in the event of a fault. 

ALL ITEMS sold as clearance or sale items are excluded from our change of mind policy. Your statutory rights are not affected. Please retain your proof of purchase.
