TERMS AND CONDITIONS POLICY
NO orders will be taken without a
deposit first being paid.
Deposit paid is NON REFUNDABLE and covers our own costs in the event of
cancellation without valid reason after your items have been brought into
stock. There will also be an admin charge applied.
All goods remain the property of ABC
BED AND FURNITURE WAREHOUSE LTD until paid in full and we reserve the right to
remove such goods if payment is not made as agreed.
In the event of a fault, we will
exchange like for like within 30 days of delivery, costs of delivery and
collection of the item will be covered by us.
Customers have a 14 day period to
change their mind after delivery. If you decide you don't want the item
ordered, it must be repackaged in the original package and be free from damage,
we will arrange collection. There will be a charge for this dependant on
postcode.
You will then be given credit to use
in store or online, NO CASH REFUNDS
will be given.
If you decide when we deliver that
you don't want your bed assembled, or in the event of furniture you don't want
it opened and checked for damage on site, you will be asked to sign for it as
such and all liability for damage passes to the customer.
Once signed to say
you’re happy, we will not accept responsibility for any damage found after we
leave.
It is the responsibility of the buyer
to ensure that there is a clear pathway to the desired location at the time of
delivery. If this is not possible, we will deliver to the front door/hall only.
If you decide in this event you no
longer want the item you ordered, it will be removed and you will lose the
deposit paid.
Rips, tears, scuffs or damaged
stitching which are not present at time of delivery is not
covered by us. All goods must be checked on delivery and signed for as
satisfactory. Do not sign this unless you are happy to accept liability
There is a 12-month manufacturing
guarantee on all products, if there is a fault deemed to be caused during the
manufacturing process, we will exchange like for like if still possible within
30 days, if not a refund will be issued. If outside the 12-month period we will
treat each issue on an individual basis and come to as fair a conclusion as
possible.
In the event of an issue arising
which is not a clear, obvious manufacturing fault, there is a call out fee of
£25-£50 payable at the time of booking as assessment of the issue. Should this
turn out to be a fault on inspection, the fee will be returned in full within
24hrs
